Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArcWalk application and services provided by Synfra Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

ArcWalk is a tool designed to assist professionals in collecting electrical system data. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibility for Data Accuracy

CRITICAL: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of the data and photos you submit.

Engineering studies, Arc Flash labels, and reports depend entirely on the quality of the information provided. Synfra Technologies, LLC is not responsible for engineering errors, equipment mislabeling, or safety hazards resulting from inaccurate or omitted field data.

3. Professional Engineering Review

ArcWalk is a data collection platform, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. All data submitted through the App must be reviewed and certified by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) before any physical labels are applied or system changes are implemented.

4. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the data you capture. By submitting a project, you grant us and our engineering partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the data to:

Fulfill your requested engineering services (e.g., studies and labeling).
Provide ongoing facility management and asset lifecycle tracking services.
Populate digital facility dashboards for your organization.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Synfra Technologies, LLC may download and store the data in an archival state to maintain a permanent facility record for your use and for our internal service improvements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Michigan, USA, Synfra Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or safety incidents resulting from the use of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
